I don't remember where I stumbled upon the link to this little print shop, but I absolutely fell in love with this whale print. I'm crushed that they are sold out. But anyway, it reminded me of the really interesting article I just read in National Geographic about blue whales. What amazing, majestic creatures! I would love to go whale watching sometime. Have any of you ever done that?
sweet.
ReplyDeleteYes, I went whale watching many years ago with my twins and husband off the coast of New England. It was an amazing experience. We saw three different types of whales, including humpbacks -- a mother, her baby and an "escort." It made me cry when they first came up to the surface; they are an absolutely awesome creation!
ReplyDeleteBetsy, you can watch them off the coast of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico, we should do that sometime. The place is called guerrero negro if you want to look it up. Would not that be fun?
ReplyDeleteHelen, that sounds amazing! Thanks for visiting my blog!
ReplyDeleteYunuen, we would LOVE to do that with you guys! Let's make a plan as soon as possible. I also hope you guys had a good trip...I'm glad you're back safely!
Betsy: We just got back from a cruise to Mexico and saw some whales. Uncle Joe got some on video. I can't wait to see how it came out. If it is good and I can figure out how to send just part of the video, I will e-mail it to you. Aunt Margaret
